ABOUT US

Madhya Pradesh Association of Dallas (MPAD) is a non-profit charitable (501 C3) cultural organization based in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas formed by the people living in Dallas area originally hailing from Madhya Pradesh state in India and people who are interested in preserving and promoting Hindi literature, language, culture and heritage of Madhya Pradesh. Founded in 2022, Madhya Pradesh Association of Dallas is growing rapidly and today it boasts of 750+ MPians and is managed by dedicated team of volunteers.

The cultural get-togethers, sports and social events are hosted periodically throughout the year providing an opportunity to cultivate, promote, foster and develop the advancement of the knowledge of Hindi language, literature and culture in the community at the same time cherishing the values of liberty, freedom and mutual respect of adopted land. This also offer a chance to all kids to experience the cultural first hand.

ELECTION PROCESS

UPCOMING ORGANIZATIONAL UPDATES & 2026 CYCLE NOTICE

The nomination and election framework for the upcoming cycle is currently being finalized by the Governing Body to align with the newly ratified MPAD Amended and Restated Bylaws 2026.

October 30–November 30

The official 2026 election process rules, candidate eligibility criteria, list of vacant operational roles, and digital submission links will be formally published and broadcasted to all active members.

Election Committee Oversight: To ensure complete transparency, impartiality, and adherence to our regulations, the entire nomination and election process will be independently managed and conducted by the designated MPAD Election Committee.

December 2026: The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place. This session will feature our community updates, the presentation of filed fiscal reports, and the finalization of the leadership transition.
